Well, that doesn't answer the question of: Who's entitled to vote?

If an organization is entitled to vote, I know a lot of engineers &
doctors in the society of engineers who would oppose this crap!

Hell, I know guys with their own companies, so if we do a fund raise,
EVERYONE can be part of saying NO to MicroZeft.

I know some dudes in MS-Kuwait, I'll call them on Sunday and see how
this is played and who voted in the name of Kuwait.
