[General] Which Blog server is right for me?!

Asalam Alikom Shabab,

WordPress is the best Blog Engine available for English and Arabic. Also
there are many plugins to integrate it with many services available in the
internet like flickr or skype. Moreover the template used for WordPress are
very good and standard complaint (XHTML,CSS). The matrix that you have sent
is very old. Currently WordPress is leading the blogging market.
