the funny thing is even if I tried to add resolver3.fdcservers.net the company domain ,it game me the same error..

few days ago I got a server with my friend from fdservers and I got problem with dns server that
first time I see it. whichs after setting the domain and ips through plesk and then
when I tried to add ns.blah.com/ns2.blah in registrar domain control panel (directnic.com)
I got this error:

btw when I add different ns server it works ok..and the registrar told me that
the problem is from my side. and I tried several domains that I own from
different registrar (active,godaddy,etc) all gave me same error that cant
add ns.blah.net server :S
