and yes, it's THE SIP... the current librarys use the same old and
current versions, i'm talking about writing a the whole thing from the
scratch, i've already implemented my own version of TCP Reno for the mobile
Ad-hoc networks using C# RAW sockets, but i still prefer C++ , because of
the performance and portability, which the .NET frame work misses, but
still... i'm looking for ideas not ways,
