Can you send us a list of members in this mail list with their (Name,
Phones, E-mails, elc...) .. or is there a way to show all these info in
mailman?

So we know who's in the list or not .. so we can invite others... Also it is
better to send out the list to all members in every meeting invitation. It
is encouraging for them to come to the meeting .... Maybe you can create a
table using (CALC Open Office)....
